DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. Deposits may be paid by personal check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Amex.). Full payment is required for all bookings made within 30 days of your arrival date.
2009 HOLIDAY DEPOSIT AND NO SHOW POLICY (DEC 17th 2009 – JAN 6th 2010)
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. Final full prepayment is due by October 1, 2009. Cancellation is required by October 15, 2009 in order to receive refund of balance only (50% deposit remains non-refundable.) No credits or partial refunds will be issued if reservations are cancelled after October 15, 2009.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. For two or more rooms, 60 days notice is required. In the event of an Act of God and other force majeure, we would waive the cancellation fees by holding the deposit in escrow for a future visit up to one year from the original travel date. If the guest does not visit our villa within one year after the date of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits will not be refunded if arrival is delayed or cancelled due to delayed, cancelled or missed flights or other transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance. Please note: these requirements differ during the Holiday Season.
